Job summary

Centurion Health is seeking a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse to join the team at Madison Correctional Facility in Madison, Indiana. The LPN will deliver holistic nursing care to incarcerated patients under supervision of RNs and medical staff, focusing on a range of physical and behavioral health needs.

Qualifications include an active LPN license in Indiana or ability to obtain one, CPR certification, and the capacity to obtain a security clearance.

Qualifications

• Indiana LPN license or ability to obtain one is required.
• CPR certification must be active.
• Corrections experience is not required.
• Ability to obtain a security clearance including drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic nursing care to incarcerated patients within scope of practice.
• Work under direction of RNs and medical/psychiatric staff to address physical and behavioral health needs.

We are currently seeking full-time Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Madison Correctional Facility located in Madison, Indiana.

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) (Medical) is responsible for providing holistic nursing care within the appropriate scope of practice to incarcerated patients while working under the direction of Registered Nurses (RN) and medical and psychiatric staff, to respond to a range of physical and behavioral health needs.

Qualifications

• Indiana Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license or ability to obtain one required
• Must be appropriately and actively certified in Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)
• Corrections experience not required
• Ability to obtain a security clearance, to include drug screen and criminal background check

Available Shifts

• Full-time nights 7am-7:30pm, every other weekend
