The LPN E9 (Licensed Practical Nurse) is an entry-level position. This role requires performing a full range of LPN duties using independent judgment under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. The LPN provides nursing care to members for a designated shift, following the established care plan, contributes to member care planning, administers medications, monitors medication effectiveness, implements and evaluates interventions, and maintains extensive documentation in the member's medical records. The LPN functions under the supervision and delegation of a Registered Nurse.

In this facility, the LPN is not authorized to start IVs, initiate IV therapies, or administer IV medications.

This position is test-designated and is subject to random drug and alcohol testing.

This position currently offers a $2,000 Signing Bonus to eligible new hires.

Education

Possession of a certificate from a practical nursing education program accepted for licensure by the Michigan Board of Nursing.
