The LPN E9 (Licensed Practical Nurse) is an entry-level position. This role requires performing a full range of LPN duties using independent judgment under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. The LPN provides nursing care to members for a designated shift according to the established care plan, contributes to planning member care, administers medications, monitors medication effectiveness, implements and evaluates interventions, and documents extensively in the member's medical records. The LPN functions under the supervision and delegation of a Registered Nurse.

This position is test-designated and is subject to random drug and alcohol testing.
