Job summary

Ozarks Community Hospital (OCH) in Gravette, AR seeks a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join the Gravette Clinic. The nurse will provide direct and indirect patient care in a clinic setting under supervision of a PA, NP, RN and/or physician and clinic manager.

Responsibilities include maintaining regulatory compliance, communicating patient conditions and results with the care team, and upholding nursing and clinic policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Current Arkansas LPN/LVN licensure required.
• BLS certification required; recertification as needed.
• Telemetry course preferred.

Ozarks Community Hospital (OCH), located in Gravette, AR is seeking a full timeLicensed Practical Nurse (LPN)to join our Gravette Clinic.

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), Provides direct and indirect patient care in the office/clinic setting. Provides care that meets the psychosocial, physical and general aspects of care; meets the communication needs of patient and family; provides care that reflects initiative and responsibility indicative of professional expectations, under the supervision of a PA, NP, RN and/or physician and clinic manager. Maintains regulatory requirements, nursing and office/clinic policies, procedures and standards. Communicates with physicians and team members about patient's clinical condition, including results of diagnostic studies and symptomatology.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current LPN/LVN licensure in State of Arkansas.
• Must hold a current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross. Recertification required before expiration throughout employment.
• Successful completion of Telemetry course preferred.
