Ozarks Community Hospital in Gravette, Arkansas is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Gravette Clinic. The LPN provides direct and indirect patient care in the office/clinic setting under supervision of a PA, NP, RN and/or physician and clinic manager.

The LPN helps maintain regulatory requirements, nursing and office policies, procedures and standards, and communicates with physicians and team about patient condition and study results.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current LPN/LVN licensure in State of Missouri.
• Must hold a current BLS certification from AHA or American Red Cross. Recertification required.
• Telemetry course preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct and indirect patient care in the clinic setting under supervision of a PA, NP, RN or physician.
• Maintains regulatory requirements and clinic policies and procedures.

Ozarks Community Hospital (OCH), located in Gravette, Arkansas is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)to join our Gravette Clinic.

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), Provides direct and indirect patient care in the office/clinic setting. Provides care that meets the psychosocial, physical and general aspects of care; meets the communication needs of patient and family; provides care that reflects initiative and responsibility indicative of professional expectations, under the supervision of a PA, NP, RN and/or physician and clinic manager. Maintains regulatory requirements, nursing and office/clinic policies, procedures and standards. Communicates with physicians and team members about patient's clinical condition, including results of diagnostic studies and symptomatology.

Requirements:
