Job summary

Ozarks Community Hospital in Gravette, Arkansas is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join the Gravette Clinic and provide direct and indirect patient care in a busy outpatient setting.

The LPN will work under the supervision of a PA, NP, RN and/or physician, ensuring regulatory compliance and coordinated care. Strong communication with the medical team and families is essential for quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current LPN/LVN license in the State of Missouri.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from AHA or Red Cross with recertification as needed.
• Telemetry course completion is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct and indirect patient care in the clinic setting.
• Delivers care reflecting initiative and professional responsibility under supervision of physician and clinic manager.
• Communicates with physicians and team members about patient's clinical condition and diagnostic results.
