Job summary

Ozarks Community Hospital in Gravette, Arkansas is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join the Gravette Clinic and provide direct and indirect patient care in a busy outpatient setting.

The LPN will work under the supervision of a PA, NP, RN and/or physician, ensuring regulatory compliance and coordinated care. Strong communication with the medical team and families is essential for quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current LPN/LVN license in the State of Missouri.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from AHA or Red Cross with recertification as needed.
• Telemetry course completion is preferred.

Responsibilities

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN),Provides direct and indirect patient care in the office/clinic setting. Provides care that meets the psychosocial, physical and general aspects of care; meets the communication needs of patient and family; provides care that reflects initiative and responsibility indicative of professional expectations, under the supervision of a PA, NP, RN and/or physician and clinic manager. Maintains regulatory requirements, nursing and office/clinic policies, procedures and standards. Communicates with physicians and team members about patient's clinical condition, including results of diagnostic studies and symptomatology.

Requirements:
