Job summary

Ozarks Community Hospital, located in Rogers, Arkansas, is seeking a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Benton County Clinic.

The LPN provides direct and indirect patient care in the clinic setting, under supervision of a PA, NP, RN, or physician and clinic manager, while ensuring regulatory compliance and clear communication with the care team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current LPN/LVN licensure in State of Arkansas.
• Must hold a current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross. Recertification required before expiration.
• Telemetry course preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct and indirect patient care in the office/clinic setting.
• Maintains regulatory requirements and clinic policies and standards.
• Communicates with physicians and team members about patient’s clinical condition, including results of diagnostic studies and symptoms.

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), Provides direct and indirect patient care in the office/clinic setting. Provides care that meets the psychosocial, physical and general aspects of care; meets the communication needs of patient and family; provides care that reflects initiative and responsibility indicative of professional expectations, under the supervision of a PA, NP, RN and/or physician and clinic manager. Maintains regulatory requirements, nursing and office/clinic policies, procedures and standards. Communicates with physicians and team members about patient\'s clinical condition, including results of diagnostic studies and symptomatology.
