Qualifications

• High school diploma equivalency or 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
• Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) license issued by Kansas Board of Nursing is required.
• BLS Provider certification required within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Clinical Excellence: Lead comprehensive patient assessments and monitor well-being to proactively manage outcomes.
• Precision Care: Safely administer medications and treatments with attention to adverse reactions and patient safety.
• Diagnostic & Therapeutic Support: Perform vital laboratory tests and therapeutic services integral to the diagnostic process.
• Patient Advocacy & Education: Inform patients and families about treatment plans and provide guidance for self-care and recovery.

What Minimum Requirements You'll Need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse credentialed from the Kansas Board of Nursing required.

Education

• High School diploma equivalency or 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
  • Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.

What Additional Preferences We're Seeking

• IV Certification: You must possess a current IV Certification at the time of hire to perform essential functions.
