Job summary

Novant Health in Winston-Salem is seeking an LPN to join the Ortho and Spine Specialty care unit, a 39-bed, newly renovated unit focused on total joint replacements and spine care.

You will provide bedside nursing care, use electronic health records, and collaborate with the care team to support safe, efficient patient flow.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; graduate of accredited Practical Nursing program.
• One year of relevant nursing experience.
• Appropriate state LPN license.

Responsibilities

• Deliver bedside nursing care on Orthopedic/Spine unit, including post-op joint replacement patients.
• Utilize electronic health records and communicate with care team.

Ortho and Spine Specialty care unit is a 39 bed newly renovated unit that specializes in total joint replacements, orthopedic condition management, spine surgery/procedures, complicated headaches and retractable migraines.

What We're Looking For

• Education: High School Diploma or GED, required. Graduate of accredited Practical Nursing Program, required.
• Experience: One year of relevant experience, required.
• Licensure/Certification: Appropriate state LPN license, required.
• Additional Skills (required): Computer skills, Phone call etiquette, Organizational Skills.
