Job summary

Centurion Health in Lake Butler, FL is seeking a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse to join our reception and medical center team. The LPN will provide holistic nursing care to incarcerated patients under the direction of RNs and medical staff.

Qualified candidates must hold a FL LPN license (or ability to obtain), CPR certification, and be able to obtain security clearance. The role offers day shifts, 6:45am–7:15pm, three shifts per week with rotating weekends, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Florida LPN license or ability to obtain one.
• CPR certification required.
• Corrections experience not required.
• Ability to obtain security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic nursing care to incarcerated patients under supervision of RNs and medical/psychiatric staff.

We are currently seeking a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at the Reception and Medical Center located in Lake Butler, Florida (Union County).

Pay Rate: $31.50-35.50

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) (Medical) is responsible for providing holistic nursing care within the appropriate scope of practice to incarcerated patients while working under the direction of Registered Nurses (RN) and medical and psychiatric staff, to respond to a range of physical and behavioral health needs.

Qualifications

• Florida Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license or ability to obtain one required
• Must be appropriately and actively certified in Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)
• Corrections experience not required
• Ability to obtain a security clearance, to include drug screen and criminal background check

6:45am-7:15pm, 3 shifts per week; rotating weekends
