Job summary

Prattville-Health-and-Rehabilitation-LLC in Prattville, AL seeks a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our interdisciplinary team in a long-term care and rehabilitation setting. The LPN will provide direct nursing care and contribute to rehab plans.

You will administer medications, monitor residents, and collaborate with RNs, physicians, and therapists to support recovery and quality of life. BLS/CPR certification is required.

Qualifications

• Current and valid LPN license.
• Strong clinical skills including medication administration and wound care.

Responsibilities

• Provide emotional support and education to residents and families.
• Ensure a safe, clean environment and adherence to infection control protocols.

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our interdisciplinary team. The LPN will provide direct nursing care to residents, assist with rehabilitation plans, and collaborate with RNs, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure the highest standards of care in our long-term care and rehabilitation facility.
