Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and facility policies.
• Complete timely and accurate electronic documentation.
• Assess and monitor residents for changes in condition.
• Report changes in resident status to physicians, families, and care team as necessary.
• Order and manage medications through the pharmacy.
• Supervise and provide direction to CNA staff.
• Perform wound care and other ordered treatments.
• Collect and process laboratory specimens as ordered.
• Provide compassionate, resident-centered care while maintaining resident dignity and safety.

• 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
