Job summary

Pine Hill Rehabilitation and Wellness Center is seeking an experienced LPN to join our nursing team in Birmingham, AL. The successful candidate will administer medications, assist with procedures, monitor residents, and communicate changes in condition to the care team.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Valid LPN license in Alabama.
• CPR certification.
• Experience in long-term care or related setting preferred.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities

Our long-term care facility is seeking a dedicated and experienced License Practical Nurse (LPN). The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, clinical expertise, and a passion for providing quality care to our residents.

License Practical Nurse (LPN) Key Duties

• Administers and records medications and treatments.
• Prepares for and assists physicians and others with diagnostic procedures and treatments.
• Observes and reports patients’ vital signs, symptoms, and general condition to the appropriate individuals.
• Perform other job-related duties as they become required.

License Practical Nurse (LPN) Qualifications
