Centurion Health is seeking a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join the Northwest Florida Reception Center in Chipley, FL. This role provides holistic nursing care to incarcerated patients under RN and medical staff supervision.

Evening shift 2:30 PM–11:00 PM; high school diploma required; CPR certification; Florida LPN license; corrections experience not required. Competitive benefits and pay of $30–$33.50 per hour.

Responsibilities

We are currently seeking a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Northwest Florida Reception Center (NWFRC) located in Chipley, Florida.

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) (Medical) is responsible for providing holistic nursing care within the appropriate scope of practice to incarcerated patients while working under the direction of Registered Nurses (RN) and medical and psychiatric staff, to respond to a range of physical and behavioral health needs.

Qualifications

• Florida Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license


• Must be appropriately and actively certified in Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)


• Corrections experience not required


• Ability to obtain a security clearance, to include drug screen and criminal background check
