Job summary

Centurion Health seeks a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse at Santa Rosa Correctional Institution in Milton, FL. The LPN provides holistic nursing care to incarcerated patients under the direction of RNs and medical staff, addressing physical and behavioral health needs.

Qualified applicants must have a high school diploma or GED, Florida LPN license, CPR certification, and the ability to obtain security clearance. Days, 7AM-7:30PM, rotating weekends.

Qualifications

We are currently seeking a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Santa Rosa Correctional Institution located in Milton, Florida.

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is responsible for providing holistic nursing care within the appropriate scope of practice to incarcerated patients while working under the direction of Registered Nurses (RN) and medical and psychiatric staff, to respond to a range of physical and behavioral health needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required
• Florida Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
• Must be appropriately and actively certified in Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)
• Experience working in mental health preferred
• Ability to obtain a security clearance, to include drug screen and criminal background check

Available Shift: Days, 7AM-7:30PM; rotating weekends
