Job summary

York Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our dedicated team in providing quality long-term care for residents. We offer full-time and part-time shifts, including 3pm–11pm and 11pm–7am, with opportunities for training newly licensed nurses.

Active PA LPN license and at least 1 year of long-term care experience are required. We support nurses with unlimited overtime, competitive benefits, and a welcoming workplace committed to resident-centered

Qualifications

• Ability to perform all LPN duties and participate in training newly licensed nurses.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents per LPN scope.
• Monitor health status and report changes to RN/supervisor.
• Assist with care planning and care coordination within the team.
