Aspire Senior Living Webb City is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to join our resident-focused team. This is a full-time day and full-time night position with rotating weekends, offering competitive wages and a $4,000 sign-on bonus.

Responsibilities include delivering high-quality care, monitoring vital signs, assisting with medications, participating in care planning, and maintaining accurate records to support individualized resident plans.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in Missouri
• Experience in Skilled Nursing / Long-Term care preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent required

We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide exceptional care to our residents at Aspire Senior Living Webb City. As an Licensed Practical Nurse on our team, you will be responsible for:

• Delivering high-quality patient care: Providing personalized assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, to our residents.
• Monitoring and reporting vital signs: Taking vital signs, including temperature, blood pressure, and pulse, and reporting any changes or concerns to the healthcare team.
• Assisting with medication management: Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, and documenting all medication administration.
• Participating in care planning: Collaborating with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of our residents.
• Maintaining accurate records: Accurately documenting all resident interactions, including vital signs, medications, and treatment plans.

Requirements

• Current LPN license in the state of Missouri
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Experience in a Skilled Nursing, Long-Term or related setting preferred
