Job summary

Aspire Senior Living Webb City is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team for Full-Time Day and Full-Time Nights (12-hour shifts) with rotating weekends. We offer up to a $4/hr shift differential and a $4,000 sign-on bonus to qualified applicants.

As an RN, you will administer medications, wound care, and other treatments, develop individualized care plans with residents and families, monitor conditions, and maintain thorough documentation.

Qualifications

• Active and good standing Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in Missouri.
• Experience in a long‑term care/senior living or related field.
• Current CPR certification and any other certifications relevant to the role.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to residents, including administering medications, wound care, and other medical treatments as ordered by physicians.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with residents, families, and healthcare teams.
• Monitor resident conditions, report changes, and collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal care.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care, medications, and treatment plans.
• Participate in staff training programs and in-service education sessions to stay current with best practices and industry standards.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care and support to residents.
