Job summary
Quality Talent Group is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to support our client network of skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers in New Jersey. Positions include full-time, part-time, and PRN shifts with Day, Evening, and Night options.
The LPN will deliver direct nursing care, administer medications and IVs, and implement individualized care plans while documenting care in EHRs. New grads are welcome; daily pay and flexible schedules are offered along with comprehensive benefits.
Qualifications
- Active and unrestricted LPN license in the state of practice.
- Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Skilled in medication administration and patient care procedures.
- Strong documentation, time management, and communication skills.
- Comfortable using EHR and digital charting systems.
Responsibilities
- Deliver direct nursing care to residents in skilled nursing and long-term care settings.
- Administer medications and IVs as prescribed.
- Implement and evaluate individualized care plans.
- Record vital signs and monitor patient conditions.
- Supervise and guide other nursing personnel when required.
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers as directed.
