Job summary

Quality Talent Group is assisting a trusted network of skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers in Hempfield Township to hire a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). This full-time/part-time/PRN role offers Day, Evening, and Night shifts and includes benefits such as Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance and a Daily Pay option.

Responsibilities include administering medications, monitoring residents, documenting care, and guiding nursing staff as needed.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in the state of practice.
• Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Experience with medication administration and patient care procedures.
• Strong documentation, time management and communication skills.
• Comfortable using EHR and digital charting systems.

• Deliver direct nursing care to residents in skilled nursing and long-term care settings.

• Record vital signs and monitor patient conditions.
• Supervise and guide other nursing personnel when required.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers as directed.
