Job summary
Quality Talent Group is recruiting a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our client’s skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers, delivering patient-first care through teamwork and clinical excellence.
Active and unrestricted LPN license required; new grads are welcome. You’ll administer medications, document care in EHR, and support care plans. Flexible shifts include day, evening, night; benefits and opportunities for growth are offered.
Qualifications
- Active and unrestricted LPN license in the state of practice.
- New grads are encouraged to apply.
- Skilled in medication administration and patient care procedures.
- Strong documentation, time management, and communication skills.
- Comfortable using EHR and digital charting systems.
Responsibilities
- Deliver direct nursing care to residents in skilled nursing and long-term care settings.
- Administer medications and IVs as prescribed.
- Implement and evaluate individualized care plans.
- Record vital signs and monitor patient conditions.
- Supervise and guide other nursing personnel when required.
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers as directed.
