Quality Talent Group is assisting in staffing Licensed Practical Nurses for a trusted network of skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers in Connecticut. The position spans full-time, part-time, or PRN with day, evening, night shifts and weekend options to support patient-first care.

Qualified candidates hold an active LPN license in the state, with recent graduates welcome. Skills in medication administration, documentation, and patient care are essential, along with proficiency in EHR

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted LPN license in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct nursing care to residents in skilled nursing and long-term care settings.

• Record vital signs and monitor patient conditions.
• Supervise and guide other nursing personnel when required.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers as directed.
