Quality Talent Group is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join a trusted network of skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers in Tennessee. The role supports patient-first care with strong teamwork and clinical excellence across day, evening and night shifts.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted LPN license in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct nursing care to residents in skilled nursing and long-term care.
• Administer medications and IVs as prescribed.
• Develop and evaluate individualized care plans.
• Record vital signs and monitor patient conditions.
• Supervise and guide other nursing personnel as needed.
• Educate patients, families and caregivers as directed.
