Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for our client, a trusted network of skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers, to deliver direct nursing care in long-term care settings. This role offers day, evening, night shifts with full-time, part-time, and PRN options.

You will administer medications, monitor patient conditions, document care, and support other staff in a collaborative, patient-first environment.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted LPN license in the state of practice.
• New grads are encouraged to apply.
• Experience with medication administration and patient care procedures.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct nursing care to residents in skilled nursing and long-term care settings.
• Administer medications and IVs as prescribed.
• Implement and evaluate individualized care plans.
• Record vital signs and monitor patient conditions.
• Supervise and guide other nursing personnel when required.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers as directed.
