Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our client’s skilled nursing and rehabilitation network in New Jersey. The role offers day, evening, night shifts with full-time, part-time, and PRN options, and a patient-first care focus.

Responsibilities include delivering direct nursing care, administering medications, implementing care plans, recording vitals, supervising staff when needed, and educating patients and families.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted LPN license in the state of practice.
• Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Skilled in medication administration and patient care procedures.
• Strong documentation, time management, and communication skills.
• Comfortable using EHR and digital charting systems.
