Quality Talent Group is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a role in our trusted network of skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers. You will provide direct nursing care, administer medications, and help adapt care plans for residents in a high-quality setting.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted LPN license in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct nursing care to residents in skilled nursing and long-term care settings.

• Record vital signs and monitor patient conditions.
• Supervise and guide other nursing personnel when required.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers as directed.
