Job summary

Quality Talent Group seeks an LPN to provide direct nursing care in skilled nursing and long-term care settings. The role involves administering medications, monitoring residents, and implementing individualized care plans, with supervision of other staff as needed.

Active LPN licensure, strong communication and documentation, and experience with EHR/digital charting are required. This position offers day, evening, and night shifts, with opportunities for growth and benefits.
