Job summary
Quality Talent Group is seeking an Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to deliver direct nursing care in our skilled nursing and long-term care settings in New York. You will administer medications, monitor patients, and help implement individualized care plans under supervision.
New grads are welcome. We offer flexible shifts (day, evening, night), full-time, part-time, and PRN options, with daily pay, and benefits including medical, dental, vision, and more to support resident outcomes.
Qualifications
- Active and unrestricted LPN license in the state of practice.
- Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Skilled in medication administration and patient care procedures.
- Strong documentation, time management, and communication skills.
- Comfortable using EHR and digital charting systems.
Responsibilities
- Deliver direct nursing care to residents in skilled nursing and long-term care settings.
- Administer medications and IVs as prescribed.
- Implement and evaluate individualized care plans.
- Record vital signs and monitor patient conditions.
- Supervise and guide other nursing personnel when required.
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers as directed.
