Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for our client, a network of skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers in New York. Full-time, part-time, and PRN shifts are available, including day, evening, and night options.

Responsibilities include delivering direct nursing care, administering medications and IVs, implementing care plans, monitoring vitals, mentoring staff, and educating patients and families. Active LPN license required; new grads welcome.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted LPN license in the state of practice.
• Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Skilled in medication administration and patient care procedures.
• Strong documentation, time management, and communication skills.
• Comfortable using EHR and digital charting systems.

• Deliver direct nursing care to residents in skilled nursing and long-term care settings.

• Implement and evaluate individualized care plans.
• Record vital signs and monitor patient conditions.
• Supervise and guide other nursing personnel when required.
