Quality Talent Group is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for our client’s skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers in Westmoreland, Tennessee. We offer full-time, part-time, and PRN shifts with day, evening, and night options to fit various schedules.

• Active, unrestricted LPN license in the state of practice.
• Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Experience with medication administration and patient care procedures.
• Strong documentation, time management, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with EHR and digital charting systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct nursing care to residents in skilled nursing and long-term care settings.
• Administer medications and IVs as prescribed.
• Implement and evaluate individualized care plans.
• Record vital signs and monitor patient conditions.
• Supervise and guide other nursing personnel when required.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers as directed.
