Job summary

Quality Talent Group is helping a network of skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers in Glen Cove, NY recruit an LPN to provide direct nursing care in long-term care settings. The role includes medication administration, IVs as prescribed, and implementing individualized care plans.

Responsibilities also include recording vital signs, monitoring patient conditions, guiding other staff, and educating patients, families, and caregivers.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted LPN license in the state of practice.
• Recent graduates are welcome to apply.

• Strong documentation, time management, and communication skills.
• Comfortable using EHR and digital charting systems.
