Job summary

Quality Talent Group is partnering with a trusted network of skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers to hire a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). This full-time, part-time, or PRN role offers day, night, and weekend shifts in state-of-the-art facilities.

You will administer medications, document patient care, and support care plans for residents. Recent graduates are welcome, and daily pay options plus flexible schedules are available, along with comprehensive medical, dental, and vision

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted LPN license in the state of practice
• Recent graduates encouraged to apply
• Skilled in medication administration and patient care procedures
• Strong documentation, time management, and communication skills
• Comfortable using EHR and digital charting systems

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct nursing care to residents in skilled nursing and long-term care settings
• Administer medications and IVs as prescribed
• Implement and evaluate individualized care plans
• Record vital signs and monitor patient conditions
• Supervise and guide other nursing personnel when required
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers as directed
