Quality Talent Group is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join a trusted network of skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers in the New York area.

This role offers day, evening, night shifts, full-time, part-time, and PRN options, with daily pay as an added benefit and opportunities for career growth.

Applicants must hold an active LPN license in the state, be comfortable with EHR and medication administration, and excel in documentation and patient care.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted LPN license in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct nursing care to residents in skilled nursing and long-term care settings.

• Record vital signs and monitor patient conditions.
• Supervise and guide other nursing personnel when required.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers as directed.
