Job summary
Quality Talent Group is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for opportunities across trusted skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers in New Jersey. Multiple shifts (Day, Evening, Night) and both full-time and part-time options are available, with daily pay and flexible scheduling.
Active LPN licensure in the state is required, with strong documentation and patient-care skills emphasized. Responsibilities include delivering direct nursing care, administering medications, and updating care
Qualifications
- Active and unrestricted LPN license in the state of practice.
- Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Skilled in medication administration and patient care procedures.
- Strong documentation, time management, and communication skills.
- Comfortable using EHR and digital charting systems.
Responsibilities
- Deliver direct nursing care to residents in skilled nursing and long-term care settings.
- Administer medications and IVs as prescribed.
- Implement and evaluate individualized care plans.
- Record vital signs and monitor patient conditions.
- Supervise and guide other nursing personnel when required.
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers as directed.
