Haven of Tuscola in Tuscola, IL is seeking compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our skilled nursing and long-term care team. We offer supportive scheduling, opportunities for advancement, and a stable work environment.

This role provides direct nursing care, medication administration, assessments, and collaboration with physicians and CNAs. Full-time, part-time and weekend shifts are available with competitive pay of $30.00–$35.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Active Illinois LPN license is required.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or rehabilitation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care in a skilled nursing and long-term care setting.
• Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapy as prescribed.
• Assess, monitor, and document resident conditions and care plans.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, and interdisciplinary care teams.
• Supervise and support CNAs.
• Ensure compliance with Illinois nursing standards and facility policies.
• Respond to changes in resident conditions and provide clinical leadership during your shift.

Education

Active Illinois LPN license
