Haven of Bridgeport is actively seekingLicensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our skilled nursing and long-term care team in Bridgeport, IL. You will provide compassionate resident care with consistent scheduling and opportunities for advancement.

Responsibilities include administering medications, monitoring resident conditions, collaborating with a care team, and supervising CNAs. Illinois LPN license is required and weekend work may be required.

Qualifications

• Active Illinois LPN license is required.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Long-term care, skilled nursing, or rehabilitation experience preferred.
• Ability to work every other weekend.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills.
