Haven of Bridgeport is seeking compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our skilled nursing and long-term care team. Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care in a skilled nursing and long-term care setting
• Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapy as prescribed

• Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, and interdisciplinary care teams
• Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)
• Ensure compliance with Illinois nursing standards and facility policies
• Respond to changes in resident conditions and provide clinical leadership during your shift
