Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join a trusted network of skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers in Tennessee. Deliver direct nursing care to residents, administer medications, and implement care plans.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted LPN license in the practicing state.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct nursing care to residents in skilled nursing and long-term care settings.
• Administer medications and IVs as prescribed.
• Implement and evaluate individualized care plans.
