Angels Care Home Health is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide skilled nursing care in clients' homes, supervised by a registered nurse. You will coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team and family to ensure quality home health services.

Qualificações

• Graduate of an accredited school of practical/vocational nursing.
• Current state license as an LPN.
• Current State’s Driver’s License.
• Two years’ experience as an LPN, home health preferred.
• Proof of current CPR and Hepatitis profile.

Responsabilidades

• The primary function of the LPN is to administer skilled nursing care under the supervision of a registered nurse, for clients in their place of residence, coordinating care with the interdisciplinary team, patient/family, and referring agency.
