Daymark Recovery Services, Inc. in Montgomery Center – Troy, NC is seeking a qualified nurse to provide nursing services at the outpatient center.

The role includes client evaluation, medication evaluation, medication checks, medication administration, and prescription management. The position requires strong psychosocial and clinical assessment skills, ability to work with a multidisciplinary team, and capability to respond to emergencies.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• Prefer one year of nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Provides client evaluation, medication evaluation, medication checks, medication administration.
• Calls in prescriptions, may provide individual or group therapy and related paperwork.
• Participates in interdisciplinary treatment planning.
• Provides crisis intervention consultation to all members of the team.
• All other duties as assigned by supervisor

Pay Scale: $27-$35/hr.

Summary

Provides nursing services to the outpatient center.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Provides client evaluation, medication evaluation, medication checks, medication administration, calls in prescriptions, sometimes may provide individual or group therapy and subsequent paperwork.

Participates in interdisciplinary treatment planning,

Provides crisis intervention consultation to all members of the team

All other duties as assigned by supervisor

Special Attributes

Strong psychosocial, clinical assessment skills. Minimal supervision regarding use of time, able to prioritize work assignments. Ability to communicate effectively with professionals and clients/families. Ability to make sound decisions in emergency situations.

Supervisory Responsibilities

May provide supervision as directed.
