Job summary

Daymark Recovery Services, Inc. seeks a licensed practical nurse to provide nursing services at Facility Based Crisis centers. You will administer medications, perform health assessments, and coordinate with physicians for orders.

The role involves crisis intervention, participation in interdisciplinary treatment planning, and ongoing education for patients and staff, with additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• LPN certification and nursing education required.
• Prefer one year of nursing experience or equivalent mix of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Provides nursing services and medication administration in Facility Based Crisis centers.
• Performs physical health assessment and screening; communicates with MD/NP/PA for orders.
• Obtains samples and may provide education related to medications or health processes.
• Participates in interdisciplinary treatment planning and case support activities.
• Provides crisis intervention consultation to team members.
• Participates in peer review process; performs other duties as assigned.
