Job summary
Quality Talent Group is recruiting anLicensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in New York for full-time, part-time, or PRN roles across day, evening, and night shifts. The nurse will administer medications, monitor residents, and support care plans in skilled nursing and rehabilitation facilities.

Qualifications
- Active and unrestricted LPN license in the state of practice.

- Comfortable using EHR and digital charting systems.
Responsibilities
- Deliver direct nursing care to residents in skilled nursing and long-term care settings.
- Administer medications and IVs as prescribed.
- Implement and evaluate individualized care plans.
- Record vital signs and monitor patient conditions.
- Supervise and guide other nursing personnel when required.
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers as directed.
