Responsibilities

• Assist CNAs with ADLs and routine resident care.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Document and maintain patient records accurately.
• Observe and report resident health conditions to RNs and physicians.
• Monitor vital signs and intake/output.
• Provide wound care, injections, and IV management as appropriate.
• Support admissions and coordinate with the pharmacy for orders.
• Maintain resident safety by reporting incidents or skin breakdowns.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
