Job summary

The Waters is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) for part-time night shifts in Indiana. You will join a team dedicated to delivering compassionate long-term care and maintaining resident well-being.

Responsibilities include rounds, medication administration, treatments, and collaboration with physicians and the director of nursing. Indiana-licensed candidates with at least two years in LTC and ability to work with minimal supervision are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Must be a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in good standing and currently licensed in Indiana.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in nursing in a long term care environment.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and strong organizational skills.
• Demonstrates good judgment, problem solving and decision making skills.

Responsibilities

• Makes rounds to observe and evaluate residents' physical, emotional and social needs.
• Prepares and administers medications as required.

As Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) you are delegated the responsibility for carrying out the assigned duties and responsibilities in accordance with current existing federal and state regulations and established company policies and procedures.
