Job summary

Staunton Post Acute & Rehabilitation in Staunton, VA is seeking licensed practical nurses for full-time and part-time roles. The facility offers day shifts (FT) and night shifts (PT), with every other weekend required, and a pay range of $31.00/hr to $37.05/hr plus shift differentials.

$10,000 for Full-Time & $5,000 for Part-Time positions or if you differ the sign on you can get $2.25 extra for full time!

What You'll Do:

Provide nursing care to ensure resident needs are met in accordance with standards of practice, physician orders, center policies and procedures, and state, federal and local guidelines

• Administer medications and treatments with precision and compassion

• Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and interdisciplinary teams

• Support residents’ physical, emotional, and psychological well-being

• Assist with resident comfort.

• Collect samples and monitor catheters. Provide wound care.

• Keep resident patient information confidential, follow all policies and procedures, and adhere to federal, state, local requirements, and professional standards.

• Collect, track, maintain, and review patient medical history, charts, and physical condition, including heart rate, blood pressure, temperature, and respiration.

• Help coach staff as necessary.

Requirements:

• Current LPN license in Virginia

• CPR/BLS certification (or willing to obtain)

• Previous LTC or SNF experience preferred, but new grads welcome!

• Positive attitude, reliability, and strong clinical judgment

Salary/ Wage Range

Compensation for the role will depend on several factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
