Job summary

Evergreen Health & Rehab Center in Winchester, VA is seeking compassionate LPNs (Licensed Practical Nurses) to join our clinical team. Full-time, part-time, and PRN day, evening, and night shifts are available, with competitive pay and benefits.

You will provide nursing care, administer medications, collaborate with RNs and CNAs, monitor residents, and support their physical and emotional wellbeing. Virginia LPN license and CPR/BLS are required or obtained; LTC/SNF experience preferred but new

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in Virginia.
• CPR/BLS certification (or willing to obtain).
• Previous LTC or SNF experience preferred, but new grads welcome.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to ensure resident needs are met in accordance with standards of practice, physician orders, center policies and procedures, and state, federal, local guidelines.
• Administer medications and treatments with precision and compassion
• Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and interdisciplinary teams
• Support residents’ physical, emotional, and psychological well-being
• Assist with resident comfort
• Collect samples and monitor catheters; provide wound care
• Keep resident patient information confidential; follow all policies and procedures, and adhere to federal, state, local requirements, and professional standards
• Collect, track, maintain, and review patient medical history, charts, and physical condition, including heart rate, blood pressure, temperature, respiration
• Help coach staff as necessary

Shift Availability

Full Time/Part-Time Day (7a–3p/7a-7p), Evening (3p–11p), and Night (11p–7a/7p-7a) shifts. Available schedules may vary based on current facility needs.

Rate of pay: $31.00 to $34.59 (plus Shift Diffs as applicable).

Sign-on Bonus

Up to $5,000 (limited time).

Requirements
