Quality Talent Group is recruiting a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for our client network of skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers in New Jersey. The role offers day, evening, and weekend shifts with full-time, part-time, and PRN options.

New grads are welcome and daily pay is available. Responsibilities include direct nursing care, medication administration, care plan implementation, vital signs monitoring, and staff guidance.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted LPN license in the state of practice.
• Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Skilled in medication administration and patient care procedures.
• Strong documentation, time management, and communication skills.
• Comfortable using EHR and digital charting systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct nursing care to residents in skilled nursing and long-term care settings.
• Administer medications and IVs as prescribed.
• Implement and evaluate individualized care plans.
• Record vital signs and monitor patient conditions.
• Supervise and guide other nursing personnel when required.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers as directed.
