Quality Talent Group is assisting a trusted network of skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers in recruiting a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). The role involves delivering direct nursing care, administering medications, and monitoring residents in skilled and long-term care settings.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct nursing care to residents in skilled nursing and long-term care settings.
• Administer medications and IVs as prescribed.
• Implement and evaluate individualized care plans.
• Record vital signs and monitor patient conditions.
• Supervise and guide other nursing personnel when required.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers as directed.
