Role Description

This is for full-time 12hr days or night shifts on-site role for a Licensed Practical Nurse located in Signal Mountain, TN. The Licensed Practical Nurse will be responsible for providing direct patient care, administering medications, assisting with patient assessments, and documenting patient information accurately. They will collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans, support patients and their families with education on health conditions, and assist with minor procedures as needed.

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) certification and valid LPN licensure in the state of Tennessee
• Proficiency in providing direct patient care and administering medications
• Strong skills in assisting with patient assessments and documenting patient information
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration and patient education
• Ability to support patients and families with compassionate care
• Experience in a healthcare or hospital setting is a plus
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred
• High level of attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
